Feature Article in The Chronicle of Philanthropy

This week, The Eisner Foundation was featured in a piece by The Chronicle of Philanthropy on our role as the only U.S. foundation to focus solely on intergenerational programs. The article accurately captures the evolution of our grantmaking, detailing both our new strategy and how we got here. Jumpstart for Young Children of Southern California, a new grantee of ours, is featured as an example of the types of intergenerational programs we seek to support. In addition, we’re pleased to have received positive recognition from experts carrying out intergenerational work, like Donna Butts, Executive Director of Generations United.
